Best Places to Work in Indiana

Program Status: Active annual competition

Geographic Scope: Indiana

Overview: An annual recognition program honoring top companies in Indiana as determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. In its 13th year (as of 2017), the program aims to recognize excellence in workplace culture and employee engagement.

Eligibility:

  • Companies must have at least 15 Hoosier employees

  • Out-of-state parent companies are eligible if they have at least 15 full-time employees in Indiana

    • Award Categories: Winners are selected in four groups based on company size:

  • Small companies: 15-74 U.S. employees

  • Medium companies: 75-249 U.S. employees

  • Large companies: 250-999 U.S. employees

  • Major companies: 1,000+ U.S. employees

    • What You Receive:

  • All companies that submit an application receive a thorough report analyzing strengths and opportunities for improvement in their workplace culture

  • Award winners are honored at the Best Places to Work awards dinner

  • Winners are recognized in a special supplement to BizVoice® magazine

  • Winners are featured on Inside INdiana Business with Gerry Dick
