Eligibility

Organizations located in the United States must be recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as tax-exempt and designated a public Charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS code.Though our Corporate Contributions program, we provide funding to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, including schools and organizations focused on Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education, first responder, veteran and military programs, and health and human services.Start-up organizations must have their 501(c)(3) status granted by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for at least 3 years.
All organizations must be in compliance with the IRS at the time of application and throughout the award year.
