The AZ Blue Foundation partners with organizations that are transforming health in Arizona to amplify their impact. Chronic health conditions — Preventing and Managing Conditions, Empowering Arizonans. Conditions like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer are among the most common and costly health challenges facing Arizonans. We’re tackling these issues by expanding access to screenings, support, and lifestyle management.Health equity — Advancing Health Equity. Barriers like low income, unstable housing, lack of access to healthy food can stand between Arizonans and a healthy life.Mental health — Strengthening Minds and Saving Lives. Our state ranks 49th in access to mental healthcare. We’re working to increase access, build resiliency, and even save lives.Substance use disorder — Paving Pathways to Prevention and Recovery.
