Bausch Health Companies Inc. (Bausch Health) established the Bausch Foundation (the “Foundation”), an independent charitable foundation that oversees and directs all of Bausch Health’s charitable giving globally. The Foundation supports initiatives aimed at disease prevention, improving patient outcomes and lives and education related to our core businesses. Further, the Foundation supports disaster recovery efforts and the underserved in the communities in which we live and work.

Allow adequate time for the Advisory Committee to review and decide upon each submission for a cash donation.A submission does not guarantee acceptance. Notification will be made to the submitting party and not necessarily to the individual making the submission and communicated by month’s end following the Advisory Committee meeting month. All decisions by the Bausch Foundation Advisory Committee are final.
