Elmore County Community Foundation The Elmore County Community Foundation (ECCF), established in 1996, is a local philanthropic organization dedicated to strengthening Elmore County through grantmaking and scholarship support. As an affiliate of the Central Alabama Community Foundation, ECCF connects donors with community needs and has distributed millions of dollars to nonprofit organizations and local initiatives. Preference will be given to graduates of Wetumpka High School, although graduates of other Elmore County high schools will be considered. Awards will be based on academic achievement, financial need and community service. Applicant could be interviewed by the selection committee.
