Leo Theodore Barceloux & Fern Tibessart Barceloux were dedicated to the improvement of the Orland community, funding scholarships at the local schools and community colleges. As their commitment to the community, they founded the Barceloux-Tibessart Foundation. This foundation has now funded over 30 non-profit organizations in the community of Orland, California.

The Barceloux-Tibessart Trust was established in 1995 by the will of Leo and Fern Barceloux as their contribution to the improvement of the community where they were long-time residents. The purpose of the Barceloux-Tibessart Trust is the allocation of funds from the Trust to benefit religious, charitable, scientific, literary, and educational organizations in and around the community of Orland.

Eligibility

The purpose of the Barceloux-Tibessart Trust is the allocation of funds  in and around the community of Orland.These organizations must be non-profit, non-political organizations exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Ineligibility

Distributions from the Foundation are not made to individualsAny organization that fails to comply with Grant Utilization Report requirements will not be considered.
