Austin City Limits Music Festival Park Grants Program: Neighborhood Grants Neighborhood Grants are awarded for small-scale, community-initiated park improvement projects. These awards are meant to enable Adopt-A-Park groups, park stewards, community gardens, and other park stakeholder groups to make small but significant improvements to their parks throughout the year.
