Serving as the charitable arm of ASSP, the ASSP Foundation provides financial and programmatic support of the profession on behalf of ASSP and the ASSP community. The ASSP Foundation is committed to a safer future for workers. We advance environmental health and safety (EHS), we promote EHS as a career choice, and we help build a sustainable talent pipeline for the profession. Since 1990, the ASSP Foundation has awarded more than $6 million in academic scholarships and Career Development Grants to environmental health and safety students and professionals working towards their educational goals. Career Development Grant Career Development Grants are available for individuals within the environmental health and safety field (either students or professionals) who need financial support for certification expenses, conference attendance, webinar attendance, workshop attendance, and similar professional development support.
