ASNT Foundation: Charles Hellier III Scholarship Grant

The ASNT Foundation: Charles Hellier III Scholarship aims to support students pursuing studies in nondestructive testing (NDT). This scholarship honors Charles Hellier III, a pioneering figure in the NDT community, and provides financial assistance to aspiring professionals. The Foundation also engages in research, workforce development, and offers scholarships to enhance education in NDT, ensuring that individuals are well-prepared for careers in this vital field.

The mission of the ASNT Foundation is to advance the field of nondestructive testing through research, scholarship, and workforce development.
The Foundation will provide scholarships for individuals to complete education and training at technical training, community college, and university degree programs which help people prepare for entry or advancement within the nondestructive testing field. Scholarships will be endowed and administered internally by the Foundation as well as at selected institutions. The Foundation will provide grants. to individual faculty members and institutions to develop and sustain educational programs and curriculum in nondestructive testing. This would include grants to support the professional development of faculty and instructors.
The Foundation will pursue grants and other funds from government and other organizations for workforce development.
The Charles Hellier III Scholarship is dedicated to supporting students pursuing studies in the field of nondestructive testing (NDT). Eligibility

Individuals who are enrolled or seeking enrollment in nondestructive testing (NDT) training courses at any U.S. based school or technical training organization. Training can prepare the individual for entry into the profession or provide them with professional development in NDT.Applicants must provide the name of school or training organization where coursework will be completed.
Applicants must provide brief description of coursework individual is contemplating enrolling in or is enrolled in.
