ASAP Conference Scholarship

Application Process

1. Download Official Application Form - Click link on website to download application

2. Required Documentation to Submit:
- Completed official ASAP Conference Scholarship application form
- Tax return (to verify financial need)
- Other supporting documentation as requested

3. After Notification of Award:
- Submit completed conference registration form before pre-conference registration deadline
- Make own hotel reservation
- Provide hotel with valid credit card for applicant's portion of bill and incidental expenses

4. Submission Requirements:
- Submit all materials before July 1 deadline
- Applications accepted on first come, first served basis
- Must verify all information is true

5. Important Notes:
- If declining scholarship, must notify ASAP Office in writing at least 10 business days before conference
- Failure to do so makes applicant ineligible for future scholarship consideration
- ASAP assumes no responsibility for expenses not specifically covered by scholarship agreement
- Applicants agree to hold ASAP harmless against claims from conference attendance
