APSF-FAER Mentored Research Training Grant

The APSF-FAER Mentored Research Training Grant supports the development of the next generation of patient safety scientists in anesthesia. The Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER) is a 501(c)3 charitable organization, and a related organization of the American Society of Anesthesiologists®. For over 35 years, FAER has been dedicated to developing the next generation of physician-investigators.
The Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation (APSF) and the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER) are offering the joint APSF-FAER Mentored Research Training Grant (MRTG) to develop the next generation of perioperative patient safety scientists.
This two-year, $300,000 award aims to help anesthesiologists develop the skills and preliminary data they need to become independent investigators in the field of anesthesia patient safety.
Those interested in pursuing the APSF-FAER MRTG will need to submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) prior to submitting a full application.
