Overview: The Appraiser Relief Fund is designed to assist appraisers affected by natural disasters and unforeseen events across the country, providing financial aid to help cover critical expenses and support business recovery.

Funder: National Association of Appraisers (NAA), a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization

Geographic Scope: United States (nationwide)

Purpose: Strengthening the resilience of the appraiser community by providing essential support during natural disasters and unforeseen events to safeguard the professional lives and careers of members.

Focus Areas - Eligible Expenses:

Educational Programs: To ensure ongoing professional development

Licensing Fees: To aid in maintaining or renewing professional credentials

Business Recovery: To support essential needs that help relaunch affected appraisal operations

Eligibility:

Appraisers facing hardships due to recent natural disasters or other unexpected events

Must be affected by qualifying events (fires, hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding, etc.)
