Funded services include access to clinical care as well as essential supports that enhance safety and quality of life, such as ramp installations, stair glide rental coverage, and in-home visits. The program is designed to help individuals with ALS remain safe, supported, and cared for in their homes and communities while addressing both medical and daily living needs.
