The purpose of the Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Program is to provide direct clinical and supportive services to New Jersey residents living with ALS and their families. Funded services include access to clinical care as well as essential supports that enhance safety and quality of life, such as ramp installations, stair glide rental coverage, and in-home visits. The program is designed to help individuals with ALS remain safe, supported, and cared for in their homes and communities while addressing both medical and daily living needs.
