Overview
The American Indian Services: Trade Scholarship offers financial support for American Indian and Alaska Native students pursuing trade education. Since its inception over 40 years ago, the program has awarded scholarships to more than 35,000 Native students. Eligible applicants can receive up to $2500, with distinct deadlines for January and September awards. This initiative aims to empower Native students by facilitating access to trade school opportunities.
NOTE:
January Award - For terms starting in either December, January, February, or March. The corresponding deadline is in November.September Award - For terms starting in either August, September, October, or November. he corresponding deadline is in July.
For more than 40 years, American Indian Services has awarded scholarships to American Indian/Alaska Native students from member institutions. We will award Trade School Scholarships for those who have applied and are eligible.
