Overview
The Allegheny County Conservation District's Dirt, Gravel & Low Volume Roads (DGLVR) grant program provides education, technical assistance, and funding to eligible municipalities in Allegheny County, PA to implement Environmentally Sensitive Maintenance practices that reduce road-related water pollution and improve safety.
