About the Grant

The grant was established in memory of Dr. Alfred Bove, a cardiologist and dive medicine specialist who contributed significantly to the field of dive medicine over a career spanning more than 40 years. Dr. Bove was particularly passionate about studying cardiorespiratory fitness and fitness to dive.
