Alabama RC&D Grants Each RC&D Grant Project helps Alabama communities grow and prosper. Which Council do you contact? All 67 counties in Alabama belong to one of our nine Councils. Find your local council here. If your project involves three or more Councils, you are eligible for a Statewide grant from the Alabama Association.

Eligibility
