Overview: The AIR Affiliated Organization (AO) Travel Grant program supports AOs in expanding their travel assistance measures for members to attend the AIR Forum. AIR matches AO travel grant contributions on a dollar-for-dollar basis, up to $1,000, for the first 20 eligible AOs that apply.
Geographic Scope: International (includes AOs from Australia, Canada, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, overseas regions, and other locations)

How to Apply
1. Complete the Travel Grant Request Form by the specified deadline (February 20 for 2026)
2. Required Materials:
- Requested amount of matching funds
- Brief description of how the AO will use the matching travel funds
- Proof of recent tax filings
- Copy of the organization's Articles of Incorporation (or equivalent)
- Copy of the organization's W-9
- Remittance address
3. Submission: Application submitted through online form
4. Selection Process: AO may use any process that works best for selecting grant awardee(s):
- Can reward best presentations
- Can encourage new members or first-time attendees
- No requirement to notify AIR of recipients
5. Fund Disbursement:
- AIR disburses matching funds to AO
- AO responsible for disbursing funds to recipients
- Allow 5 business days for ACH payments or 10 business days for check payments
- Recipients must register for AIR Forum and arrange travel
- If recipients do not attend, AO must return matching funds by June 30
