1. Quality of Life from Cochlear Implantation - May focus on either children or adults - Examine societal and personal impacts - Update of the seminal Project HOPE study published in 2000 (Mohr PE et al, The Societal Costs of Severe to Profound Hearing Loss in the United States)- Scientists in the field of hearing loss
- Otolaryngologists

Eligibility
- Maximum: $25,000 per year
- Duration: One or two years (depending on project)
- Continuation Funding: Second year funding dependent upon work completed in year one
