Agricultural Fairgrounds Advertising, Promotion, and Education Program Grant

The Agricultural Fairgrounds Advertising, Promotion, and Education Program provides funding to eligible agricultural and horticultural organizations that host annual fairs. The program aims to enhance participation and promotion of local fairs, offering $10,000 to each awarded entity for advertising and educational initiatives. Organizations must register in the State Financial System and be prequalified to apply, ensuring support is directed to qualified participants that contribute to community engagement and agricultural education.

Agricultural Fairgrounds Advertising, Promotion, and Education Program
The Department invites eligible agricultural and horticultural corporations and county extension service associations that sponsor an annual fair or exposition to apply for funding through the Agricultural Fairgrounds Advertising, Promotion, and Education Program (AFAPEP).
The goal of the program is to increase participation in and promotion of local and county fairs.
Funding
Each eligible awardee will receive $10,000 for the purposes of providing advertising, promotion, and education programs.
