Overview: AFSCME Free College offers a permanent free bachelor's degree completion program through Central State University (CSU) in Ohio. Students can earn a bachelor's degree entirely online at no cost.

- Must have earned an associate degree or 60+ college credits with a minimum 2.2 GPA
