EligibilityProgram coordinator must be a member of SHAPE America and the APE/PA Special Interest Group.Must be a community based program that focuses on improving the physical capacity of individuals with disabilities through education, sport and community activities.The program must:Demonstrate dedication to providing physical education, activity or recreational opportunities for individuals with disabilities.Be developmentally appropriate for the population it serves. Challenge traditional thought and encourage creative thinking related to individuals with disabilities. Foster inclusion and advocate for people with disabilities.
