NOTE: There are new applications! One for requests under $5000 and one for requests over $5000. Old forms will NOT be accepted. Adams Community Foundation ACF invests in projects that will make a difference in the lives of current and future Adams County residents by offering grants to local non-profits and governmental entities for community projects. Our grant application deadlines are the first Friday in June and the first Friday in January unless a holiday. To date, the Foundation has contributed over 2 million dollars to worthy projects in Adams County since 1986.
