Adams Community Foundation Grants

The Adams Community Foundation offers grants to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and governmental entities in Adams County for community projects. With deadlines on the first Fridays of January and June, ACF prioritizes initiatives that benefit many, have lasting impact, secure matching funds, and enhance community usefulness. Since 1986, ACF has invested over $2 million in local projects, supporting the foundation's mission to build resources for community betterment.

NOTE: There are new applications! One for requests under $5000 and one for requests over $5000. Old forms will NOT be accepted.
ACF invests in projects that will make a difference in the lives of current and future Adams County residents by offering grants to local non-profits and governmental entities for community projects. Our grant application deadlines are the first Friday in June and the first Friday in January unless a holiday. To date, the Foundation has contributed over 2 million dollars to worthy projects in Adams County since 1986.

• Permanency of project.
• Projects that have matching dollars
• Usefulness to the Adams County community

Eligibility

501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit organizations.If you are not a 501(c)(3) or a 170(c)(1), you must align yourself with a fiscal sponsor. The fiscal sponsorship paperwork can be downloaded from our website.170(c)(1) component units of government organizations (Fire Dept., Ambulance, Libraries, Parks, etc.)Organizations providing services within Adams County.The Final Report for all previous grants must be on file prior to submitting a new grant application.
