2. Develop Research Plan: Follow the Grant Essentials of the Research Plan guidelines
3. Prepare Application: Include all required sections and documentation
4. Submit Application: Electronic submission to executive_sec@acvd.org
5. Deadline: November 1, 2026 by 11:59 PM Pacific Time
