AAPL Outstanding Graduate Award

The Landman Scholarship Trust recognizes an Outstanding Graduate each year from among graduates of AAPL's accredited college and university programs who is pursuing a career as a landman and has demonstrated great leadership in their work, extracurricular activities, and student landmen's association.

Application Process

Deadline: January 11 (annually)

How to Apply:

1. Eligible students or program directors submit nominations
2. Student must be enrolled in AAPL Student Member status (free for accredited program students)
3. Complete the application form at AAPL website
4. Submit by January 11 deadline

Required Materials:

• Completed nomination/application form
• Proof of graduation from AAPL-accredited program
• Essay on career goals and commitment to landwork profession
• Demonstration of leadership achievements
• Letters of recommendation (from professors, advisors, or student association leadership)
• Resume or CV
• Any additional documentation requested by LST

• Leadership demonstrated in work/professional activities

• Participation and leadership in student landmen's association
