2026 LIHEAP Residential Propane Regulator Rebate Program

Purpose: Rebate program for regulator replacement to address potential safety threats

Geographic Scope: Iowa (LIHEAP customers)

Eligibility:

  • Low-Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) customers

  • Residential installations only

  • Maximum 2 regulators per LIHEAP household

    • Award Details:

  • $80.00 per replaced regulator

  • $100.00 labor per LIHEAP customer

  • Limit of 2 regulators per household
