Purpose: Funding for athletic and student programs/organizations at Pewaukee High School
Geographic Scope: Pewaukee High School (Wisconsin, US)
- Be a coach or advisor of a recognized PHS program or organization
- Have discussed the grant request with the athletic director
- Be willing to present to the board if needed

- Athletic Director Approval: Confirmation that you have discussed this with the athletic director

- Board Presentation Willingness: Would you be willing to present to the board if needed?
