WBFI Member Awards Program

Overview: Annual recognition program celebrating achievements of WBFI members across multiple categories in the wild bird feeding industry.

Award Categories:

    Birding Product of the Year

  • Recognition of a retailer that engages with the local community and is a trusted ambassador for wild bird feeding

Eligibility:

  • All nominees must be active WBFI members in good standing

  • Self-nominations are permitted

  • Co-nominators allowed (one primary nominator and one co-nominator per nomination)

  • Multiple nominations can be submitted for different award categories

    • Timeline:

  • August 4 - September 7: Open call for applications/nominations

  • September 8, 2025, 11:59 PM EDT: Submission deadline (late submissions not accepted)

  • September 15 - October 3: Judging period

  • October 6: Award winners notified

  • November 6, 2025: Awards ceremony at WBFI Annual Meeting in San Antonio, TX
