Supports partnerships that connect public and private resources to plan and develop local or regional food systems. Must be a partnership between at least one eligible entity and at least one eligible partner. Focuses on building and strengthening viability and resilience of local or regional food economy. Project types include: 1) Planning and Design Projects supporting feasibility studies and research; 2) Implementation and Expansion Projects building on prior efforts to create value chains and community engagement processes.
