#### Campaign Questions (All Required)
1. What is the issue? - Provide details about current and past government and/or private sector actions
2. What is your end goal? - Examples: enactment/defeat of a bill or ordinance; passage/failure of a ballot initiative; increase awareness of a housing opportunity; create new outreach opportunities for those seeking home or property ownership
3. Why is this issue important? - How will it help increase homeownership, property ownership, and property rights?
4. Organization's Position - What is your organization's position on this issue? What is the adopted policy your organization has taken?
5. Member Involvement - What involvement have your organization and members had with this issue to date? How do you intend to engage members going forward?
6. Coalition Support - What other organizations or groups support your position? What are their roles (advocacy, financial support)? Have you formed a coalition?
7. Opposition - What groups/coalitions oppose your position, and what have been their activities to date?
8. Probability of Success - What information is available relating to the probability of success? (e.g., recent polling, media editorials, elected official positions). Provide relevant documentation as attachments (Max file size: 50 MB)
9. Campaign Activities - What are your planned campaign activities (e.g., economic research, polling, direct mail, online advertising)? Provide details including budget amount for each activity and total campaign budget
10. Vendors - Do you have vendors in mind? Provide vendor name(s), contact information, and services. (If not, WHA will help you find vendors)
11. Campaign Timeline - Provide campaign start date, end date, and start date(s) of campaign communications
12. Organization Funding Commitment - How much funding is your organization committing?
13. Coalition Partner Funding - How much are coalition partners expecting to contribute? How much is on hand vs. committed/pledged? What is your plan and timeline for raising remaining funds?
