Since 2023, the Titmouse Foundation has partnered with San Jose State University's Animation & Illustration Program to provide renewable scholarships to support underrepresented artists pursuing higher education in animation.- Amount: Up to $8,000 per year
- Duration: Maximum 4 years (renewable)
- Additional Benefits: Access to a mentor with experience in the animation industry

- 2025: Victoria Dray (2nd year student, aspiring 2D animator)
- 2024: Catherine Ngo (production management focus)
- Inaugural (2023): Sara Kubo, Janess Dagdagan
