Overview: A $2,500 scholarship given annually to NIRA members who exemplify Shane Drury's never-give-up attitude in the face of adversity. Additional $500 scholarships have been established through other donors.

Award Criteria: Given to athletes who exhibit determination and perseverance in overcoming significant adversity
