Paul Prindle Community Leadership Award
Overview: Recognition award given by the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay (NABB) to honor individuals, groups, and organizations that have made significant contributions to the Back Bay residential community.
Award Criteria: Given based upon important and sustained leadership in promoting residential interests in the Back Bay.
Geographic Scope: Back Bay neighborhood, Boston, Massachusetts
Eligibility: The recipient may be one or more individuals, a group, a committee, an institution, or an organization.
Background: The award was established at NABB's 2001 Annual Meeting and is named after Paul Prindle, a legendary neighborhood activist (died 2000) who worked on zoning regulations, served on various Community Advisory Committees (CACs), organized the first Alley Rally, helped establish the Clarendon Street Playground, and supported The Learning Project Elementary School.
