Overview: Norman Regional Health Foundation's mission is to support and enhance the quality of healthcare by offering scholarships to students enrolled in various healthcare curriculums. These scholarships are designed to aid all levels of students in achieving a degree or certification in a healthcare field that is aligned with hospital needs.

Award Basis: Scholarships are awarded each year based on academic merit and financial need.

Purpose: To encourage more individuals to join and contribute to the healthcare industry, particularly in areas of high demand, and to nurture the future of healthcare.

Eligibility Requirements

• You live or work in the Norman Regional Health System service area
• You have been accepted into a healthcare-related curriculum (four-year university, two-year college, or career tech school)
• Undergraduate students who have been accepted into a BSN program or similar ARE eligible
• Graduate students seeking a postgraduate degree in a healthcare-related program ARE eligible
• NOT eligible: Undergraduate and pre-med students working on prerequisite courses (until you are actually in the healthcare portion of your studies)

Selection Process

• The NRHF Board of Directors chooses scholarship recipients based on character, academic achievement, and financial need
• In-person interviews for finalists will be held with the NRHF Board of Directors on Friday, May 15, 2026
