Overview
NAESCO Member Award Program
Overview: The National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO) has established an Award Program to recognize the accomplishments of member companies.
Geographic Scope: United States
Focus Areas: The award recognizes specific accomplishments by member companies or groups of member companies, including:
- Primary Requirement: At least one NAESCO member company must be involved in the nomination
- Nominations may come from any employee of a member company
- Other companies may be included, but only member companies will receive recognition
- All primary member companies included must provide unanimous approval for the nomination to be valid
Eligibility
- Finalists and winner announced in November at the R3 Conference and Expo Luncheon
- Featured in NAESCO press releases and social media posts
- All finalist nominations receive social media recognition
- Only the winner receives the award
- Final awards made only to member companies

How to Apply
Application Process
This is a two-stage application process:
#### Stage 1: Initial Nomination
1. Submit a short description of the accomplishment
2. Explain why it is significant or unique
3. Include at least one NAESCO member company
4. Obtain unanimous approval from all primary member companies included in the nomination
#### Stage 2: Finalist Phase
1. Three finalists will be chosen by a committee consisting of:
- NAESCO's Executive Director
- At least two Board members
- Two Affiliate members
- Independent reviewers (if needed)
2. Selected finalists will be asked to submit additional information
3. Committee will choose one winner from the finalists
- Format: Email submission or nomination form
- Recipient: Michelle Yoon at michelle.yoon@naesco.org
- Deadline: March 11 - June 12 (annual)

- Committee members will not be affiliated with any award applicants
- Selection Committee membership remains confidential
