Application Process
1. Review criteria, frequently asked questions (FAQs), guidelines, and complete a draft of your application
2. Fill out the MAEF Grant Application Form (single application for all grant types)
3. Submit before deadline (April 26, 2026 at 11:59 pm)
- All applications require validation by a building principal
- All requests involving technology require an in-person meeting with Technology Department staff before application submission
- Technology-related applications are forwarded to Mahtomedi Public Schools Technology Department to ensure criteria have been met
- Applications are best completed using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
