Lodge Grant Program – Infrastructure and Improvement Projects

Overview: The Moose International Board of Directors has approved grant funding to help lodges across the Fraternity with infrastructure/improvement projects and local marketing initiatives.

Funding Available: $2 million for 2025-26 fiscal year (increased from $1.5 million in prior year)

Geographic Scope: All Moose lodges across the Fraternity

Focus Areas:

  • Infrastructure improvements

  • Lodge facility improvement projects

  • Sign grants (up to $3,000 as part of overall application, included in $25,000 cap)
  • Award Limits: $25,000 maximum per lodge per fiscal year (including any sign grant requests)

    Eligibility Requirements:

  • Lodge must be in good standing

  • Lodge must operate as a fraternal operation

  • At least one member of the lodge must attend the International Moose Convention

  • At least one member must attend the lodge's Association Annual Convention

  • At least one member must attend the Association Midyear Conference
  • Timeline:

  • Applications open: Monday, June 2nd

  • Applications close: Monday, July 7th (COB)

  • Territory Manager review and ranking: Week of July 7th

  • Regional Manager ranking: Following TM rankings

  • Anticipated award date: End of July

  • Application available through pulldown menu on LCLweb

  • Costs must be documented and submitted

  • Territory Managers will review and rank lodges

  • Fraternal record considered in recommendations

    3. Document all project costs
    4. Submit application before Monday, July 7th (COB)
    5. Territory Manager reviews and ranks application
    6. Regional Manager reviews Territory Manager rankings
    7. Awards announced near end of July
