Overview
Pilot program to help low-income householders repair, replace or decommission failing septic systems. Twelve households will be awarded statewide (four from each of three regions) on a first-come, first-served basis. Systems must present a threat to health or environment to qualify. Applicants must qualify for HUD assistance.
