Program Description:
Lewisville ISD Education Foundation awards Teacher Grants for projects that enhance and augment educational opportunities for students and teachers in the Lewisville Independent School District.

Focus Areas

• Creative teaching approaches
• Innovative projects with potential to serve as pilot projects for broader implementation
• Projects that reflect Lewisville ISD Beliefs, Vision, and Mission:
- Beliefs: Students' needs are the center of learning; education is shared responsibility; high quality staff are essential; safe/nurturing environment is essential; continuous improvement informs growth; students are more than test scores - Vision: All students are confident, equipped with knowledge/skills to thrive and adapt - Mission: Engaging and inspiring learners and leaders

Eligibility

• Open to teachers, counselors, librarians, and nurses in Lewisville ISD
• Project must be approved by campus principal and/or department head
• Applicants must demonstrate specific needs and outcomes
• Applicants must present creative and/or innovative approach

Application Requirements

• Complete online application form
• Provide all requested information (system does not allow incomplete submissions)
• Obtain principal/department head approval before submission
• Project Evaluation: Must be completed by May 22, 2026 (last day of school). Recipients who do not provide evaluation will not be eligible for future grants.
