Leadership in Nursing Awards - Distinguished Nurse Researcher
Overview: Annual award recognizing nursing researchers for significant research activities that have positively affected nursing practice.
Award Type: Crystal etching award
Eligibility:
- Evidence of significant contribution to evidence-based nursing practice
- Encourages development and effective use of nursing research among practicing clinicians
- Disseminates research results through presentations and/or publications
- Received funded support from local, regional, and national agencies
Selection: Blind review by selection committee based on criteria
Award Presentation: October 21, 2026 at The Drees Pavilion in Devou Park, Covington, KY. Social begins 5:30 p.m., Dinner begins 6:30 p.m. Winners must be present to receive award.
Note: Award recipients are eligible for each award category only once
