The Hartford Foundation Scholarship Program helps award hundreds of scholarships each year to local students seeking post-secondary higher education. Laurel M. Cohn Scholarship Fund Established through the Estate of Laurel M. Cohn, this fund will provide scholarships for candidates studying for a degree in business, economics or a business related subject.
