Overview

JAHC Gallery Artist Exhibition Program

Geographic Scope: Juneau and Southeast Alaska (preference given to Southeast Alaska artists)

Funder: Juneau Arts & Humanities Council (JAHC)

Description: The Arts Council Gallery Program supports both established and emerging Alaskan artists showcasing new works, while representing the broadest spectrum of visual art media.

    Eligibility

  • Individual artists and art groups may apply
  • Preference: Artists living and working in Southeast Alaska, particularly JAHC members in good standing
  • Artwork must be original work created within the last three years
  • Artwork must not be previously exhibited in the JACC Gallery
  • Artwork should not violate city, state, or federal laws, or endanger viewers

    Exhibition Details

  • Selected applicants will display work in Gallery for approximately one month
  • Opening reception held on First Friday
  • 2018/19 season was referenced; program appears ongoing

2. Current artist resume
3. 8 images of your work
4. $40 application fee (renews JAHC membership for full year)
