Gantt-McColl Scholarship Fund In honor of Harvey Gantt and Hugh McColl, UNCF established the Gantt-McColl Scholarship Fund to provide financial assistance in an annually renewable, need-based scholarship to students who are permanent residents of North Carolina to get to and through college. Individual Award Up to $30,000 over 4-Years ($7,500) per school year
