    Application Process

    Eligibility Screening:
    1. Complete eligibility quiz to confirm applicant meets minimum requirements

    - Attach within shelter application
    - Sales Force should not send letters directly to MKAF; include in application materials
    - Letters received outside application considered at MKAF discretion
