Geographic Scope: Minnesota (Ramsey County and statewide)

Award Amount:

$6,000 from RCBF and $6,000 from MSBF = $12,000 total in spring 2026

Mission:
Provide fair and equitable scholarship opportunities to local law students who contribute meaningfully to diversity in their community.

Eligibility:

Current Minnesota law school student

Any student may apply, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability

Must have volunteer or paid work experience and/or interest in providing legal services to low-income Minnesotans

Selection Criteria:

Resume (record of academic and professional achievement, leadership qualities through past work experience, community involvement and student activities)

Responses to prompts focused on career growth and commitment to diversity
