CDBGPF Construction Grant

Financial assistance for eligible applicants to complete public facilities and infrastructure projects. Eligible activities include acquisition, construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation or installation of public improvements or public facilities. Projects must benefit primarily low to moderate income persons, assist in prevention/elimination of slums or blight, or meet an urgent need. Applicants must be units of general local government in non-entitlement areas (cities under 50,000 population except principal cities of MSAs, or counties under 200,000 population). Projects must be located in at least 51% low-income communities or serve 51% low-income beneficiaries.
