Application Process

1. Complete Online Application Form on WIM USA website

2. Required Personal Information:
- Name
- Email
- Phone
- Mailing Address (City, State, Zip)
- Arizona residency confirmation
- Current/past internship experience in Arizona

3. Required Education Information:
- Current School
- Major/Intended Major
- Current Year (freshman, sophomore, junior, senior, graduate)
- Expected Graduation Date

4. Essay Questions (Required):
- Question 1: Why do you have an interest in a mining-related career and how do you foresee using your education in the mining industry? (250 words or less)
- Question 2: What does Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) mean to you? What impact do you think diverse talent pools and inclusive professional and/or academic environments have on the mining industry? (250 words or less)
- Optional: Is there anything else you would like the judges to know regarding your application?

5. File Uploads (Required):
- Resume (.doc, .docx, .rtf, .txt, .pdf - max 5 MB)
- Transcripts (.doc, .docx, .rtf, .txt, .pdf - max 5 MB)

6. AI Disclosure:
- Must check box confirming AI was not used to generate essay responses
