Fund History: The scholarship endowment was created in memory of Albert Ales III and Zachary Morris, two young men from the class of 2019 at Southeast High School in Bradenton, Florida. Both were high-achieving students:
Both tragically lost their lives on May 24, 2019, when they were struck and killed by a reckless bus driver in the hills outside of Cusco, Peru, during a post-graduation trip. The community came together and created this scholarship endowment through donations in their memory.
