  • Albert was a mechanical engineering prodigy heading to the University of Central Florida as a Bright Futures Scholar

  • Zachary had earned a Navy ROTC scholarship to Yale University where he planned to study economics and become a doctor
  • Both tragically lost their lives on May 24, 2019, when they were struck and killed by a reckless bus driver in the hills outside of Cusco, Peru, during a post-graduation trip. The community came together and created this scholarship endowment through donations in their memory.
