Overview

AAG is pleased to announce that we will be awarding student travel grants plus the cost of in-person registration to help subsidize travel expenses for students who are presenting at the AAG Annual Meeting. All eligible applicants who apply by the deadline (Eastern Standard Time) will be entered into a lottery system for random selection.

Active student in a degree-seeking program during academic years 2024-2025 at the associate, bachelor’s or graduate levelCurrent AAG student memberPresenting a paper, poster, or participating in a panel as part of the AAG 2024 Annual Meeting program Must be traveling a minimum of 250 miles to attend the AAG Annual Meeting Must not be receiving funding from other sources to cover expenses related to travel to the AAG Annual Meeting [Note: does not include funding for registration through academic department] Must present at the AAG meeting as scheduled You must be a member of this organization to apply for this award - become a member.
