MIPPA ADRC: The program is designed to provide outreach to eligible Medicare beneficiaries regarding the benefits available under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act, including the Medicare prescription drug benefit under Part D of Title XVII of the Social Security Act and under the Medicare Savings Program, and to coordinate efforts to inform older Americans about benefits available under federal and state programs.

State Award Notices
A Notice of State Award (NOSA) shall be sent to each successful applicant using the GATA web-portal. A Uniform Grant Agreement shall be sent to the Grantee once the awarded entity has signed the NOSA.
Administrative and National Policy Requirements
The NOSAs shall include all necessary information regarding terms, conditions, and additional requirements of the resulting grants.
Reporting
Monthly Cash requests, Quarterly Periodic Performance Report, Periodic Financial Report, Program reports, and the end of year Progress Report should be submitted to Aging.OAS@illinois.gov and Aging.fiscal@illinois.gov.
The Grantee shall submit the Periodic Performance, Periodic Financial, and MIPPA Program Report on the following dates:
• April 30, 2026, for activities that occurred from September 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026.
• July 30, 2026, for activities that occurred from March 1, 2026, through May 31, 2026.
• October 31, 2026, for activities that occurred from June 1, 2026, through August 31, 2026.
The MIPPA End of Year Report (attached to this opportunity) is due September 10, 2026.
